Candidates
are advised to take 8-10 passport size photograph with white background
and one post card size (3½”x5”) photograph. Passport size photographs
are to be used to affix on Computer Generated Application Form
(Confirmation Page) and for Counselling/Admission. Post Card size
photograph will be collected from candidates by Centre Superintendent at
Centre during AIPMT-Final Examination. Before affixing photograph
on Conformation Page candidate must write down his/her name, Application
Form number and Contact Number on the reverse side of both the
photographs with Ball point pen only. Affix two recent good quality
colour STUDIO photographs with white background, one attested and the
other unattested in the space earmarked for these in the Confirmation
Page. The photographs must be taken on or after 01.10.2011 indicating
clearly the name of candidate alongwith the date of taking the
photograph as shown below. Photograph should not have cap or goggles.
Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly. POLAROID and COMPUTER generated photos are not acceptable.
The photograph should be attested by the Principal/Head of the
Institution or by a Gazetted Officer in such a way that half the
signature of the attesting officer should appear on the photograph and
the remaining on the Application Form. Attestation should be done at the
bottom part of the photograph so that the photograph is not defaced.
The photograph should be firmly affixed to the Application Form by
gum/fevicol and should not be pinned or stapled. Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs are liable to be rejected. Candidates
may please note that if it is found that photograph affixed is
fabricated i.e. de-shaped or seems to be hand-made or computer made, the
form of the candidate will be rejected and the same would be considered
as using unfair means practices and candidate would accordingly be
dealt with the rules of unfair means.

AIPMT 2012 Prelim Exam
shall be screening test, which examine the candidates knowledge in
school level sciences i.e Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. The
candidates who will get place in All India Merit List of AIPMT 2012
Prelim Exam shall be called for AIPMT 2012 Final Exam.
AIPMT 2012 Final Exam
shall be Selection Test for Medical & Dental courses. The test
shall examine whether candidates shall be able to complete course work
in medicine. The questions shall be asked from school level sciences
i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.
The administering authority for All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) 2012 is AIPMT Board of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Student who appears in All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Exam (AIPMT) 2012 and finds place in the merit list prepared by AIPMT 2012 Board are called for counseling for final offer of admission. During counseling students are provided with option to choose from range of study programs and medical/dental colleges.

Unit : 6 Rotational Motion
Centre of mass of a two-particle system, momentum conservation and centre of mass motion. AIPMT Eligibility Criteria 2012
Eligibility Criteria for appearing in All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) 2012 and further admission into various undergraduate medical programs is described below-
i) He/She
has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete
the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to
the 1st year M.B.B.S./DENTAL Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL.
ii) The upper age limit for All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Examination is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination.
Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period
of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/Schedule
Tribes/Other Backward Classes.
iii) The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Entrance Examination shall be limited to 3 (three) uniformly for all the candidates.
iv) The
candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50%
marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the
qualifying examination. In respect of the candidates belonging to
Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes the marks
obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying
examination be 40% instead of 50% for General Candidates. Those who are
taking plus two examination in 2009 can also appear for the entrance
test provisionally to their fulfilling the conditions later.
v) 15%
seats for SC candidates and 7.5% seats for ST candidates are reserved
in 15% All India Quota for MBBS/BDS course. The reservation will be made
as per the 2200 point reservation roster.
